James Joseph “Jimmy D.” Dylewski, age 65 of Steubenville (Pleasant Hill), OH passed away Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at the Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville, OH.
He was born January 20, 1951 in Steubenville, OH the son of the late Frank and Sophie (Kasko) Dylewski.
Jim was a member of Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church of Steubenville and had attended St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church of Toronto.
He was a 1968 graduate of Steubenville Catholic Central High School; was an avid sports fan and Ohio State Buckeye fan. He loved his dogs Buddy and Sissy and his cats Patch and Red whom he often referred to as his kids.
Jim was retired from Weirton Steel – ArcelorMittal Companies.
He is survived by his wife, Kay Lynn (Spicer) Dylewski whom he married November 29, 1976; sons, Justin John Dylewski and Joshua Francis Dylewski both of Steubenville, OH; sister, Sandy (William) Barrett of Columbus, OH and brother Anthony (Laura) Dylewski of Wintersville, OH and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Visitation hours for Jim will be held 2-4 & 6-8 Monday, January 23rd at the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main St., Toronto, OH.
Services for Jim will be held 11 A.M. Tuesday, January 24th at the funeral home with Reverend Father Thomas Vennitti officiating. Interment will follow at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
