Mary Lucille Wells

Mary Lucille “Lucy” Wells, age 85 of Toronto, OH passed away Thursday, March 9, 2017 at the Valley Hospice North Care Center, Steubenville., OH.

She was born July 17, 1931 in Toronto, OH.

Lucy was a member of the Toronto First Church of the Nazarene and was a 1949 graduate of Toronto High School.

She was retired as office clerk from the former G.C. Murphy Company of Toronto.

Lucy was preceded in death by her parents, Mont and Neva (Tice) Wells; sisters, Ethel Reed and Doris Bray; brothers, Herman, Forrest and Everett Wells.

She is survived by her brother, James Wells of Tacoma, WA and a sister-in-law, Viola Wells of Mesa, AZ. Several nieces and nephews survive.

Visitation for Lucy will be held from 12 P.M.  noon to 1 P.M. Sunday, March 19th followed by a memorial service celebrating her life at 1 P.M. at the Toronto First Church of the Nazarene, 505 Findley St., Toronto, OH

Lucy’s family would like to thank Dr. William Johns and Valley Hospice for the special loving care they gave Lucy.
