Anthony Steven Ragsdale, age 59 of Toronto, OH passed away Monday, June 20, 2016 at the Montefiore Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA He was born December 13, 1956 in Chattanooga, TN Steve was a Baptist by faith; member of Toronto Masonic Lodge No. 583 F & AM and the Buck Tails Hunt Club. He was a member of the Boilermakers Union # 154 out of Pittsburgh, PA Steve was preceded in death by his father, Albert Eugene Ragsdale and a sister, Pamela Jane Ragsdale Brant. He is survived by his wife, Linda Lee Hutchison Ragsdale whom he married May 27, 1978; mother, Betty Jean Ragsdale of Tullahoma, TN; son, Shawn Albert (Elizabeth) Ragsdale of East Liverpool, OH; brother, Robert Eugene (Tammie) Ragsdale of Tullahoma, TN; step-mother, Frances Keenan of Stratton, OH; several cousins, nieces and nephews and his special pets; Toby, Cinny, Honey, Ann and Dan. Steve's arrangements are in the care of Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto. A memorial celebration service of Steve's life will be held 11 A.M. Saturday, July 30th at the Sugar Grove United Methodist Church, County Road 68, Toronto with Pastor Lori Jones officiating. A luncheon at the church will be held following the memorial service.
