Arthur Dean Gray, age 57 of Toronto, OH passed away of natural causes at his home Tuesday, March 7, 2017
He was born December 10, 1959 in Steubenville, OH

Arthur "Dean" attended Jefferson Union High School and graduated from Dean Institute of Technology in Pittsburgh PA with an associate's degree in specialized technology. He was a self-employed as an electrician and also worked in the steel industry for many years. He retired from the Mingo Jct. plant of the Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Company. Dean was a car and motorcycle enthusiast and he enjoyed working on them.  He traveled on many road trips all over North America on his Harley and was a member of the Harley Owner's Group.  He also enjoyed amateur photography, capturing the many scenic  places he visited. Dean served on the committee of the Shannon family reunion, actively planning and participating in it. Dean's presence will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Lee Gray in 1999, Sue Ann (Striker) Gray in 2009 and a sister, Jacqueline Gray in 2006. He is survived by his brother, Thomas Lee (Anna) Gray of Steubenville, OH; aunt, Mary A. (Kenneth) DeWeese of Warren, OH; uncle Charles (Myra) Striker and  nephews, Joshua (Megan) Reed of Weirton, WV and Levi Rodriquez; niece, Aiden Reed

A memorial service celebrating the life of Arthur Dean will be held 11 A.M. Saturday, March 18th at the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main St., Toronto, OH with Pastor Rob Minto officiating.
