Arthur L. Ward - Age 72 - of Toronto, passed away Friday - December 13, 2002 at the Trinity Medical Center-West, SteubenvilleHe was born July 7, 1930 in Steubenville, the son of the late Augustus A"GusA" E. and Julia Volin Ward.Arthur is a member of the First United Methodist Church of Toronto where he had served as a past chairman of the Church Board of Trustees.He is a veteran of W.W.II having served in the U.S. Army 19th Infantry.Arthur is retired from the Bond Moving and Storage Co. of Toronto where he served as the sales manager. He is also retired from the Operating Engineers of Canton, Ohio as an equipment operator.He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Pauline May Ward.Arthur''s survivors are:Wife: Helen A.
