Audrey Faye Neeley, age 83 of Steubenville passed away Thursday, January 21, 2016 at the Sienna Skilled Nursing Home, Wintersville, OH.

She was born March 20, 1932 in Steubenville, OH the daughter of the late John and Reva Moore Campbell.

Audrey was a member of the First Christian Church of Steubenville; was a YWCA volunteer; a member of the Ohio Bell Pioneers Club.

She was a telephone operator having been employed by the Ohio Bell Telephone Co. and retired in management from the Pacific Bell Telephone Co. in Long Beach, CA.

Audrey was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Carl Neeley; brothers, William and Richard Campbell and Joseph Mulholland; sisters, Virginia Lund and Reva Poe.

She is survived by her sister, Rebecca Campbell Hazencomb of Steubenville and many nieces and nephews.

There will be a private interment at a later date at the Ft. Steuben Burial Estates, Wintersville, OH with Pastor Shawn Smith officiating.

All arrangements for Audrey will be private at the convenience of her family and are in the care of Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto.
