Lucenti - Age 83 - of Toronto passed away at her home Wednesday - November 21st.She was born January 12, 1924 in Steubenville the daughter of the late George A"WindyA" and Catherine Wagner Reynolds.Betty is a member of the First United Methodist Church of Toronto.She is retired as a director of the Jefferson County Board of Elections.Betty was preceded in death by: Parents / Husband - William J. A"BrassyA" Lucenti who passed away in 1982 and whom she married July 24, 1947/ 3 brothers - Robert E., Raymond and Danny Lee Reynolds / 2 sisters - Madeline and Geraldine Reynolds.Her survivors are:Daughter: Lynda K.
