Betty Mae Spencer, age 93 of Stratton, OH passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at the Weirton Medical Center, Weirton, WV.
She was born December 21, 1919 in Wheeling, WV the daughter of the late Frank and Wilma (Nolte) Yost.
Betty was a member of the Empire United Methodist Church, Empire, OH; was an avid bowler and belonged to the W.I.B.C. Women''s International Bowling Conference and was a 50 year member of the Steubenville and Weirton Moose
Lodges. She is retired as a maintenance aid at the Jefferson County Department of Human Services. Betty was preceded in death by her parents; husband a
