Blair Eugene Maynard, 95 of Wintersville passed away Thursday December 19, 2024 at the Carriage Inn of Steubenville.

Blair was born October 3, 1929 in Akron, OH the son of the late Louise and Madge Maynard and was also preceded in death by his wife, Patricia (Huber) Maynard in 2009; daughters, Leslie Warren in 2005 and Elaine Wulff in 2024 and is survived by a son, Blair Patrick Maynard and son-in-law, Michael (Beth) Warren; grandson, Paul Wulff and wife Sarah; grandson, Patrick Wulff and wife Hannah; granddaughter, Karlee Warren; great-granddaughter, Selina Wulff; great-granddaughter, Sophia Wulff and great grandson, Grayson Wulff.

Maynards arrangements are private and are entrusted to the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto.
