Carol Ann Wagner, age 75 of Toronto passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at the Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville.

She was born August 10, 1943 in Hammondsville, OH the daughter of the late William M. and Anna Sue (Byers) Gough.

Carol was a Methodist by faith. She loved her flowers, going to flea markets and loved to go shopping

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Thomas, William, Robby and Stephen Gough.

Carol is survived by her husband, Robert J. Wagner whom she married August 10, 1980, sons, Robert Wagner of Louisville, KY, Charles (Tammy) Wagner of Wellsburg and daughter, Connie Wagner of Wellsburg; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and several cousins survive.

Visitation hours for Carol will be held 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. Sunday July 21st and from 1:30 to 2:30 P.M. Monday, July 22nd at the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main St. Toronto.

A celebration service of Carol's life will be held 2:30 P.M. Monday at the funeral home with the Reverend Kevin Rinkes officiating. Interment will follow at the Island Creek Cemetery.
