Catherine Atwell, age 90 of Steubenville passed away January 4, 2020 at the Country Club Manor, Steubenville, Ohio.

She was a member of the Jehovah Witness Kingdom Hall Steubenville, Ohio, and graduated from Follansbee High School in Follansbee West Virginia.

Catherine was preceded in death by her parents, Matthew and Anne (Toni) Muranye; husband Harry M. Atwell in 1993 whom she married October 10, 1948; sisters Anna Horvath and Hazel Albright and brother Matt Muranye.

She is survived by her daughters Michelle (Michael) Babish of Steubenville, Ohio and Nancy Oelze; grandchildren Matthew (Brittany) Millich, Linda (Bill) Pelto, and Joe Cook and 5 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.

There will be a memorial service to be held Saturday January 11, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Jehovah's Witness Kingdom Hall 962 Two Ridge Rd. Wintersville, Ohio 43953 as Catherine's wishes was to be cremated and buried at a later date at the convenience of the family.
