Charlene Fay Isleman, age 69 of Toronto passed away Thursday July 7, 2022. She was born March 13, 1953 in Wheeling, WV the daughter of the late Raymond E. Handley and Beverly L. (Wilke) Handley who survives in Wellsburg, WV. Charlene was a homemaker and a Methodist by faith. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Lee Isleman in 2012 whom she married August 18, 1977. Charlene is survived by her sons, Jay Thomas and Richard (Marilyn) Thomas all of Toronto; grandchildren, Tristan, Taylie, Teryn, Trinity and Talon Thomas; mother, Beverly L. (Wilke() Handley of Wellsburg, WV; brother, Tim Handley of Weirton, WV; sisters, Karen Ravotti of Niles, OH, Cindy Orwick of Weirton, WV and Valerie (Bob) Scott of Valley Grove, WV. Visitation hours for Charlene will be held Noon to 2 PM Monday, July 11th  at the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto. A celebration of Charlenes life service will be held .Monday at 2 PM with the Reverend Kevin Rinkes  officiating. Interment will follow at the Toronto Cemetery.
