Charles Andrew "Andy" Harris of Stratton passed away Sunday, September 11, 2022 at the Valley Hospice North, Steubenville.

He was born April 1, 1942 in Port Homer the son of the late Frederick John Harris and Stella Mae (Grimm) Harris.

Andy was a member of the Port Homer Community Church; loved to fish and was retired from the Village of Stratton.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Melissa Anne Harris; brothers, James, Frederick and Gerald Harris.

Andy is survived by his sister, Linda (James) Excell of Irondale and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations in memory of Andy maybe made to the donor's choice of charities.

A memorial service for Andy is pending and will be announced at a future date.
