Christa Lynn Hayes, age six months, passed away on Saturday, June 18, 2005 at Trinity Medical Center West - Steubenville.Christa was born November 22, 2004 in East Liverpool, she is a daughter of Christopher and Amanda Miller Hayes.Christa is preceded in death by her Maternal Great-great grandparents Forrest and Grace Phelps, two great - grandfathers Charles Emery and John Miller, Paternal Grandfather L.C. Chapman and a Great - Uncle Tom Miller.Christa is survived by her parents, Christopher and Amanda Miller Hayes, and a sister Miss Johnessa Hayes all of Toronto. Maternal Grandparents John Miller and his wife Kathy of Brilliant, Paternal Grandparents Tom Hayes and his wife Nada of Cadiz. Maternal Great - Grandmother Mrs. Maxine Emery of Amsterdam, Paternal Great - Grandmother Mrs. Betty Miller of Steubenville. Two Uncles, Tim Hayes Jr. and his FiancAC.e Lisa Williams of Cadiz, and Tom Miller of Brilliant.
