Clara Belle Miller, a homemaker age 85 of Toronto, OH passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family Friday, January 30, 2015.

She was born September 21, 1929 in Steubenville, OH the daughter of the late Joseph and Edna (Amos) Williamson.

Clara was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Toronto; the Toronto Order of Eastern Star Chapter # 215 and the Eastern Star White Shrine.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Ralph Miller, Sr. in 1999 whom she married May 17, 1947; brothers, Bert, Richard, Joseph and Gerald Williamson and sister Eleanor Ewing. Clara is survived by her daughter, Corlinda Parsons of Toronto, OH; sons, James Ralph (Sandy) Miller, Jr. of Steubenville, OH and John Joseph (Patty) Miller of Toronto, OH; grandchildren, Sean and David Doerr, Ryan and Cory Miller and Misty and John Joseph Miller II; four great grandchildren; sisters, Elizabeth Ann Foringer of Toronto, OH and Jo Ann Taylor of Toronto, OH; brother-in-law, Howard Denzil (Ina) Miller of Toronto, OH and sister-in-law Mims Miller of Toronto, OH Friends and family will gather for visitation 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M. Thursday, February 5th at the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main Street, Toronto. Toronto Order of Eastern Star services will be held 7:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home. A celebration service of Clara''s life will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, February 6th at the funeral home with the Reverend Kevin Rinkes officiating. Burial will follow at the Island Creek Cemetery, County Road 46 and State Route 213, Toronto. Memorial contributions in Clara''s memory may be made to the donor''s choice of charities.
