A"FrogA" Prosser - Age 78 - of Toronto passed away Friday November 10th at the Trinity Medical Center - West, Steubenville.He was born December 23, 1927 in Toronto the son of the late Clarence A"PadA" and Anna Laura Fisher Prosser.Frog attended the Toronto First Church of the NazareneHe is a member of : Toronto Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie No. 1276 / Toronto American Legion Post # 86 / Toronto V.F.W. Post # 6906. He is also a 1945 graduate of Toronto High School and is a Korean War veteran having served in the U.S. Army.Frog is retired after 30 years as Superintendent of the City of Toronto Sanitation Department and was former owner of Frog''s Pool Hall.
