Clifford E. A"SpikeA" A"WindyA" Knight, age 80 of Toronto, passed away on Friday, August 11, 2006 at Trinity Medical Center West - Steubenville. Born March 9, 1926 in Toronto, he was a son of the late William A"BunkA" and Gladys Marie Mead Knight. He is a member of St. Joseph''s Roman Catholic Church in Toronto. He is retired from the former Weirton Steel Corporation (Tin Mill) after 42 years of service, and had also worked at WPA and on the Pennsylvania Railroad. He was a member of the Weirton Steel 25 year club, Toronto V.F.W. Post 6906, and the Toronto Eagles Aerie #1276. He loved riding his tractor, and working in the garage with his sons.In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by three sisters, Thelma Channels, Roberta Dunson, and Marilyn Dunson; a brother William A"BunkyA" Knight, and a Grandson Ricci Boni.Cliff is survived by his wife Mrs. Louise Rawson Knight of their home, whom he married May 19, 1944; two sons, Clifford M. Knight and his wife Sis of Toronto, and Tim Knight and his wife Chris, both of Toronto. Two daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth A"BettyA" Pierce and her husband Bill of Toronto, and Mrs. Mary Keller and her husband Earl Jr. of Steubenville. A nephew Dave Rawson of East Liverpool; 10 Grandchildren, Deb Owen, Mike Boni, Doug Reese, Mike Knight, Kathy Railing, Matt Knight, Brian Keller, Scott Keller, Kevin Keller, Nicole Knight, and Julie Knight; 15 Great-Grandchildren, Taylor, Mykal Lyn, Ashley, Zack, Zak, Kielsey, Ainsley, Kierra, Chelsie, Dustin, Gavin, Tara, Donald Clifford, Matthew, Michael, and Elizabeth.Family and friends will gather for visitation on Monday, August 14, 2006 from 7-9 P.M. and on Tuesday, August 15, from 2-4 & 7-9 P.M. at the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main St. Toronto. 740-537-1234/800-588-1446.
