Cynthia (Cindy) Denise Miller, age 64 of Toronto passed away June 29, 2020 at Trinity West, Steubenville, OH.

She was born January 29, 1956 in Steubenville the daughter of the late Gordan F. Miller and Nina (Jones) Miller.

Cindy graduated in 1974 from Toronto High School.

She was co-founder of Toronto Coalition and a great photographer. She also had love for animals especially cats which she helped many from the surrounding area get treatment they needed.

She was previously employed by Cleveland Arro International.

Cindy is survived by several cousins.
