She was a member of the Finley Methodist Church.She is retired from the Hancock Manufacturing Co. of Toronto, OH where she worked as a press operator.She was born November 7, 1920 in Steubenville, OH, a daughter of the late Howard B. and Marie E. Hazemcomb Nelson. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Hugh L. Erwin who passed away in 1973 and whom she married December 3, 1948, and a brother, Howard Nelson; She is survived by a brother: Glenn Nelson of Wintersville, OH; 2 Sisters: Helen Allen of Toronto, OH and Betty Clark of Steubenville, OH.
