Dakota Edward Walenciej, age 13 of Steubenville passed away suddenly Thursday, April 10, 2014 at his home.

He was born September 3, 2000 in Steubenville.

Dakota had attended Harding Middle School in Steubenville and was also home schooled.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Edward Walenciej and is survived by his father, Edward P. Walenciej of Steubenville and his mother, Jennifer Moses of Steubenville. He is also survived by his paternal grandmother, Karen Walenciej; maternal grandparents, Frank and Cindy Moses; brothers, Clayton and Aaron Andrews; half-brothers, Braye and Davin Evans and Matthew Walenciej; half-sister, Nichole Foster; step grandmother, Patricia Evans.
