Dale Guy Blankenship, Sr., age 69 of Toronto, OH passed away Saturday, April 28, 2018 at the Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA.

Dale was born September 19, 1948 in Steubenville, OH.

He served his country in the Vietnam War in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was a member of the Toronto American Legion Post # 86 and the Disabled American Veterans.

Dale was preceded in death by his father, Oris Lee Blankenship and a sister, Ruth Ann Bell.

He is survived by his wife, Rae Lynn (Fullerton) Blankenship of Toronto, OH; son, Dale Guy (Chante) Blankenship, Jr. and daughter April Lee Blankenship all of Toronto, OH; grandchildren, Dezirae and Daymien Blankenship; mother, Mary Alice (Barkus) Blankenship of Toronto, OH; brother, William (Catherine) Blankenship  and sister, Janet (Michael) Groman all of Toronto, OH.

Dale's arrangements are in the care of the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto, OH

To honor Dale's wishes he will be cremated and there will be no visitation or service.
