David Carter Morgan, age 64 of Richmond, OH passed away Sunday March 31, 2024.

He was born March 12,1960 in Steubenville the son of the late Arnold and Minnie "Faye" Morgan.

David was a graduate Springfield Local High School and was retired from Wheeling-Pitt Steel Co.

He is survived by his daughter, Diana Wellington (Brett); grandchildren, Bryson and Morgan and a brother, Jeff Morgan (Les McGee).

David's arrangements are private and are in the care of the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto.
