Debbie Jo Downen - Age 55 - of Roswell, New Mexico passed away Wednesday - January 3rd at her home of natural causes.She was born November 24, 1951 in Steubenville the daughter of the late Joseph and Eleanor Byers Downen.Debbie was a devout Christian and was a member of the Living Stone Church in Roswell, New Mexico.She was a 1970 graduate of Toronto High School and was a self-employed caregiver for the elderly in Roswell.Debbie was preceded in death by her parents / Paternal grandparents - Noble and Meletta Downen / Maternal grandparents - Richard and Esther Byers.She is survived by:2 Brothers: Rick Downen and wife Anna of Toronto Ron Downen and wife Deanna of Bloomingdale, OHSister: Sandra shook of Wintersville, OHSeveral nieces & nephews and her family of friends in Roswell, New MexicoFriends and family will gather for visitation 6 to 8 P.M.
