Deborah Jane Custer, age 67 of Toronto passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2922 at the Valley Hospice Care Center North, Steubenville. Debbie was born September 6, 1954 in Youngstown, OH the daughter of the late Glenn and Jane Custer. She had been a volunteer at the Toronto Emergency Medical Service; 1972 graduate of Stanton Local High School; member of Toronto Senior Citizens; had served as a Nurse's Aide; loved  to do crafts and was a huge fan of Elvis. Debbie is survived by her daughter, Jennifer J. (Paul McFadden) Holland; son, Kenneth E. (April) Holland all of Toronto; grandchildren, Logan and Jacob Holland, Noah Jarman and Sara Rager and a great-granddaughter that will arrive later this year. Visitation hours for Debbie will be 11 AM to 2PM Saturday, August 13th at the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto. A celebration service of Debbie's life will be held 2PM Saturday at the funeral home with the Reverend Kevin Rinkes officiating. Interment will follow at the Sugar Grove Union Cemetery, County Road 68 Toronto (Sugar Grove).
