Debra Kay "Debbie" Payne, age 50 of Toronto, OH passed away suddenly Monday, October 26, 2015 at her home.

She was born September 11, 1965 in Steubenville, OH.

Debbie was a Jefferson Union High School graduate and was presently employed as the deli manager and cashier at the Ruff Creek Market in Toronto, OH

She is survived by her parents, Joseph Payne, Jr. and Janet Louise Monigold Payne of Toronto, OH; daughter, Hannah L. Payne of Toronto, OH; son, Joshua A. Payne of Toronto, OH; grandson Timothy M. Morris, Jr.; brothers, Michael J. (Lorrie) Payne of Bridgeport, OH and Daniel W. (companion Paula) Payne of Toronto, OH; sister, Gayla Payne of Toronto, OH. Several nieces and nephews and several aunts and uncles also survive.

Visitation hours for Debbie will be held Thursday October 29th 2-4 & 6-8 at the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main St., Toronto, OH.

A celebration service of Debbie's life will be held at 2:30 P.M. Friday October 30th at the funeral home with the Reverend Kevin Rinkes officiating. Interment will follow at the Center Chapel Cemetery.
