Dolores M. Carter - Age 71 of Toronto, passed away Monday - December 23, 2002 at the Lancia Villa Royale of Steubenville.She was born June 3, 1931 in Steubenville, Ohio, the daughter of the late Frank and Salome A"SallyA" Foals Gielata.Dolores is a member of the St. Francis Roman Catholic Church of Toronto.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband - James A. A"AlA" Carter who passed away in 1981 and whom she married August 9, 1952, 3 brothers - Frank, Joe and Dan Gielata, and a sister - Mary Miller.Dolores'' survivors are:2 Sons: James A.
