Donald R. Blair, age 47 of Toronto, passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2006 at his home.Born April 5, 1958 in Steubenville, he is a son of Donald J. and Mary A. Kilmartin Blair. Donald is Catholic by faith, and is a 1976 graduate of the former Jefferson Union High School. He served dutifully in the United States Army for four years, serving two years in Germany. He was an Electrician at Mittal Steel - Weirton Division.He is preceded in death by his Paternal Grandparents, W.H. and Anna Marie Gorman Blair and his Maternal Grandparents, James P. and Mary T. Kilmartin.Donald''s survivors include his parents, Mr. And Mrs. Donald J. and Mary A. Kilmartin Blair; His companion Ms. Lou Ann Kugler of Toronto; a brother Brian P. Blair of Toronto; a sister Donna J. Blair of Akron, Ohio; and three grandchildren, Kaylee, Donna Mae, and Danny - all of Toronto.There will be no visitation.A memorial Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 28, 2006 at 1:30 P.M. at St. Peter''s Roman Catholic Church - 425 North Fourth Street in Steubenville with Monsignor George Yontz as Celebrant.
