Donald Lee Phelps, age 63 of Toronto (Island Creek Township) passed away unexpectedly October 27, 2020 in his home.

He was born December 21, 1956 in Steubenville the son of the late Forrest Robert and Pearl (Putnam) Phelps.

Donald was a graduate of Jefferson Union High School and formerly had served as a volunteer fireman for the Knoxville Volunteer Fire Department and had been employed at the McClurg Auto Body Shop.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Forrest D. & Robert Arthur Phelps and granddaughter, Pearl Lynn Phelps.

Donald is survived by his sons, Dustin L. and Bobby J. Phelps; daughter, Mary Helen Louise Grimes and grandchildren, Alexa, Dylan, Robert and Lucy Phelps.

Donald's arrangements are private and are in the care of the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto.
