Donna Marie Skinner Fullerton, a homemaker age 74 of Toronto, OH passed away Monday, September 1, 2015 at the Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville.

She was born September 28, 1940 in Washington County, OH the daughter of the late Raymond and Marie VanWey Skinner.

Donna was a member of the Cornerstone Church of Toronto.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Dale and Charles Skinner and sister, Irene McGraw.

Donna is survived by her sons, Albert Fullerton and fiancée Delores Smith of East Liverpool, OH, James Fullerton and fiancée Tina Sampson of Weirton, WV, John and David Fullerton both of Toronto, OH; grandchildren Patricia Lynn and Renne' Amber Fullerton.

All arrangements for Donna will be private at the convenience of her family and are in the care of the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto.
