Donna Kay Criss age 77 of Toronto passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2023.

She was born January 14, 1946 in Steubenville the daughter of the late William H. and Nancy Jane (Morgan) Utzler. Donna was also preceded in death by her sisters, Eleanor Turley, Barbara A. Wiley in 2010, Nancy Jane Davis in 2014 and Mae Belle Nesselroad in 2019, and a brother, Thomas Utzler in 2008.

Donna devoted her life as a caregiver to John "Putzy" Rock and was formerly employed as a receptionist for dentist, Dr. Michael Headman of Steubenville. She was a 1964 graduate of Toronto High School.

She is survived by her husband David Robert Criss whom she married April 1, 1991; former husband, John "Putzy" Rock, daughter, Tracy Jonassaint and husband Garvey; sister, Dolores Lucas; grandsons, Garvey Rock and Maxim Hall Jonassaint; step-daughters, Kim Jones, Jennifer Jones and Kimberly Pivac and step-granddaughter, Kinley Pivac.

Visitation hours for Donna will be held from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8 pm Monday, May 22nd at the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main St., Toronto, OH 43964.

A celebration service of Donna's life will be held 1:00 pm Tuesday, May 23rd at the funeral home with the Reverend Jane Schockey officiating. interment will follow at the Toronto City Cemetery.
