Graham - Age 81 of New Concord, Ohio ( a former resident of Toronto, OH) passed away Monday - December 10th at the Beckett House at New Concord.She was born September 22, 1926 in Steubenville, OH the daughter of the late Carl and Minnie Thrasher Martin.Dorothy had attended the Port Homer Community Church.
