Dorothy E. O''Neill, age 69 of Toronto, passed away on Tuesday, October 3, 2006 at the Valley Hospice Palliative Care Center - Steubenville.Born November 9, 1936 in Toronto, she is a daughter of the late Charles E. Stevens and Ruth Olive Palmer Stevens Grindle. Dorothy is a member of the Salvation Army of Steubenville, and is a 1956 Graduate of Toronto High School. She worked many years as a waitress.In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers Lawrence and Floyd Stevens; Four sisters, Margaret Fisher and Beatrice Little, and infant sisters Mary Florence and Olive Virginia Stevens; and her former husband, Albert F. O''Neill.Dorothy is survived by two sons, Floyd Allen O''Neil Sr. ; and Arthur Lee O''Neill and his wife Kori , all of Yorkville, a brother Edward Dale Stevens of Toronto, three sisters, Mrs. Ella Benton of Toronto, Mrs. Barbara McCollough of Mingo Jct. Oh. And Mrs. Helen Grindle of New Philadelphia, Ohio. Six Grandchildren, Miss Jennifer L. O''Neill of Noonan, Georgia, Mrs. Jennette M. Allison and her husband Thomas of East Springfield, Oh. Mrs. Jessica L. Ash and her husband David of Hammondsville, Oh. Floyd A. O''Neill Jr. of Canton, Oh. Dakota Lee O''Neill and Charles E.J. Jenny, both of Yorkville. Three Great-Grandchildren, Robert Andrew Chociej, and Joseph and Hunter Allison.Family and friends will gather on Friday, October 6, 2006 from 2-4 & 7-9 P.M. at the Clarke Funeral Home - 302 Main St. Toronto. 740-537-1234/800-588-1446A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home with Rev.
