Doyle Lee Zimmerman, age 77 of Toronto passed away Thursday, October 2, 2014 at his home surrounded by his loving family.
He was born May 29, 1937 in Toronto, OH the son of the late John Henry and Bessie Lorena (Wright) Zimmerman.
Doyle was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Toronto and was a 1955 graduate of Jefferson Union High School.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, John Wayne "Jack" Zimmerman; sister, Shirley Tarnovich and step-son, Eric Walter. Doyle is survived by his wife, Carolyne M. (Herrick) Zimmerman whom he married January 13, 1978; son, Doyle "Todd" (Susan) Zimmerman of Toronto, OH; daughters, Rhonda (Rich) Householder of Hammondsville, OH; Beverly (Wendell "Wink" Reese of Empire, OH and Lorena (Chad) Speedy of Toronto, OH; sisters, Lois (Jay) Heckathorn and Joyce Hall all of Toronto, OH. 15 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren also survive. Visitation hours for Doyle will be held from 2a
