Eleanor "Judy" Geraghty Pope, age 91 of Toronto, OH passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at the Dixon Health Care Center, Wintersville, OH.

She was born September 22, 1923 in Toronto, OH the daughter of the late Thomas and Catherine Moren Geraghty.

Judy was a lifelong member and choir member of the Riverview United Methodist Church of Toronto; member of the Daughters of the American Revolution; member of the Toronto Order of Eastern Star Chapter No. 215; was a 1941 graduate of Toronto High School and had attended Ohio University, Athens, Ohio.
She had owned and operated the Moren''s Flower Shop in Toronto. Judy was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Edward E. Pope February 26, 1999 whom she married July 18, 1944 and a brother, Charles "Bud" Geraghty July 19, 2011. She is survived by her son, Edward C. Pope of Toronto; granddaughter, Catherine E. "Katie" Pope of Meadville, PA; great granddaughters, Ellie and Erinn Kannel. Visitation hours for Judy will be held 2-4 and 6-8 Thursday, March 19th at the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main St., Toronto. Additional visitation will be held from 10 to 11 A.M. Friday, March 20th at the Riverview United Methodist Church, 105 N. River Ave., Toronto, OH. Toronto Order of Eastern services will be held 7 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home. A celebration service of Judy''s life will be held 11 A.M. Friday, March 20th at the Riverview United Methodist Church with the Reverend William Hibbs officiating. Interment will follow at the Toronto Union Cemetery.
