Obituary

Elizabeth Ann "Libby" Foringer, age 87 of Toronto passed away Sunday April 6, 2025.

She was born July 19, 1937 in Steubenville, OH the daughter of the late Joseph and Edna (Amos) Williamson.

Many remembered that she loved to talk on her CB radio as Queen Bee. She also loved to play Bingo, do yard work and decorate.

Libby had been employed at the former Isaly's store in Toronto and then retired as a clerk at the Toronto Rite-Aid Pharmacy in Toronto.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul K. Foringer, Sr. in 1996 whom she married August 19, 1957; brothers, Bert, Joseph, Gerald and Richard Williamson; sisters, Clara (Ralph) Miller and Eleanor (James) Ewing and son in law, Kenneth Mizell.

Libby is survived by her daughter, Elyse Ann Mizell; son, Paul K. Foringer, Jr. and step-daughter Paula DeMatteo; grandchildren, Elissa Lockhart, Kelley Mizell (Randall Tudor) and Catherine Scalise; great grandchildren, Nathan, Dylan, Ashton, Dillon, Elizabeth and Charles and a great-great granddaughter, Avery and sister Jo Ann Taylor. Numerous nieces and nephews survive.

Family and friends will gather for visitation from 2 to 6 PM Thursday April 10th at the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto. A celebration of Libby's life service will be held at 6 PM Thursday with Pastor Rob Minto officiating at the funeral home.

A private family interment will take place Friday April 11th at the Island Creek Cemetery.
