Stanley - of Irondale, Ohio Age 67 loving wife, mother and grandmother passed away Friday - November 10th at the Allegheny General Hospital - Pittsburgh.She was born June 2, 1939 in Steubenville the daughter of the late Everett and Emily Thatcher Fowler.Elsie is a Methodist and loved to do crafts and crocheting which she had taught to the 5th grade at the Irondale Elementary School.She is a 1957 graduate of Toronto High School.Elsie was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Linda Joyce PickettHer survivors are:Husband: Kenneth Jay Stanley, Sr. of the home whom she married June 8, 19623 Sons: Kenneth J.
