Eugene W. A"JeepA" Prosser age 78 of Toronto passed away Wednesday - June 16, 2010 at the Valley Hospice Care Center North, Steubenville, OhioHe was born November 11, 1931 in Toronto, Ohio the son of the late Clarence and Anna Laura Fisher Prosser.Jeep was a member of the Toronto American Legion Post # 86, Life member of the Toronto Veterans of Foreign Wars Post # 6906, Disabled American Veterans and the Toronto Order Of Eagles Aerie # 1276.He was a U.S. Army veteran having served in Korea during the Korean War where he received a Purple Heart.Jeep was retired from the City of Toronto Sanitation Department.He was preceded in death by: Parents / brother - Clarence J. A"FrogA" Prosser who passed away in 2006 / sister - Frances Gross who passed away in 2000.Jeep survivors are:Son: Rick A. Prosser and wife Sunni of Weirton, W.Va.Daughter: Denise Solomon of Toronto, OhioSister: Beverly B. Lawson of Toronto, OhioGrandchildren: Michael Geary, James C.
