Evelyn Rose Board, 89, of Hammondsville, OH, passed away on December 25, 2020 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown, OH.  She was born on August 8, 1931 in Wellsville, OH to the late Arthur and Florence (Simmons) Cochran. She was also preceded in death by three brothers, five sisters and one granddaughter, Wendy Marie Board.  Evelyn was a homemaker, who loved to cook and travel to faraway places such as Florida, Hawaii, and all over.  She was married on June 23, 1948 to her husband Frank Board Sr. Evelyn was also survived by five children Frank (Ronda) Board Jr. of Hammondsville, Jenny Minor of Lisbon, Penny Waddingham of Florida, Christine (Douglas) Cunningham of Stratton, and Charles (Holly) Board of Calcutta, twelve grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and four great - great grandchildren, two sisters Margaret Wolfe and Ruth Ann Hobbs both of East Liverpool, OH.  Friends will be received on Tuesday December 29, 2020 at Clarke Funeral Home 302 Main St. Toronto, OH from 2- 4 pm and 6- 8 pm and again on Wednesday at 11 am with Rev. Gregg Pennington officiating.  Burial to follow at Sugar Grove Union Cemetery.
