Everett N. A"ButchA" Fowler, Jr. - Age 61 - of Toronto passed away Tuesday - July 17th at the Valley Hospice Palliative Care Unit - Trinity Medical Center - East, Steubenville.He was born March 20, 1946 in Wintersville, Ohio the son of the late Everett N. Fowler, Sr. and Emily Thatcher Goleno.Butch is a member and past president of the Knoxville Volunteer Fire Department.He is a 1964 graduate of the former Stanton Local (Edison Local) High School and is a veteran of the Vietnam War era having served in the U.S. Army.Butch is retired from the Weirton Steel Company Weirton, W.Va. where he was a millwright.He was preceded in death by: Parents / 3 sisters - Lynda Pickett, Elsie Stanley and Rosemarie Fowler.Butch''s survivors are:Wife: Betty M.
