Faye E. Powley - Age 70 - a homemaker of Toronto (Knoxville) passed away Monday - September 25th at her home.She was born August 3, 1936 in Empire, Ohio the daughter of the late Orville William and Mary Frances (Lloyd) Keeder.Faye is a member of the Bell Chapel United Methodist Church of State Route 213 (Pleasant Hill) Steubenville.She loved to watch her grandchildren play sports.Faye was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Andrew G.
