She was born August 14, 1917 in Empire, Ohio, the daughter of the late Alvin and Anna Frances Morrow Rudder.
She is a member of the Empire United Methodist Church - Empire, Ohio
She was preceded in death by her husband- Darrell Weaver in 1968 and whom she married May 18, 1937.
She was also preceded in death by three brothers: Norman, Melvin, and Walter Rudder. One sister - Gladys Turick
