Obituary
Frances Arlene Agin, age 77 of Toronto passed away Sunday March 23, 2025 at her home.
She was born February 8, 1948 in Steubenville the daughter of the late Augustine Cinelli and Emma (Smith) Roman.
Frances graduated from Steubenville High School and was a member of the VFW Auxiliary.
She had been employed at the former Skipper's Haven Restaurant and Boat Club as manager and bartender.
She leaves behind her son, Jerry Joe Agin, sister, Evelan Woodland companion Jerry Doyle.
Friends and family will gather for Frances' visitation from 6 to 8 PM Thursday, April 3rd at the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto.
Memorial donations in memory of Frances if desired may be made to the donor's choice of charities.
