Frances Dian "Fran" Thompson, age 67 of Toronto, OH passed away Saturday, December 16, 2023 surrounded by her loving family.

She was born April 23, 1956 in Steubenville, OH the daughter of the late Virginia Lee (Hall) Strauss.

Fran was a member of the Living Well Church of Wellsville, OH and had been employed at

the former Convenient Food Mart of Toronto and she loved to do crafts and ceramics.

She is survived by her husband, Ed Thompson Sr. whom she married July 10, 1971; daughters, Mary Beth Thompson Firm and Crissy Thompson; son, Ed Thompson, Jr.; grandsons, Abrin Firm and Evan Thompson and granddaughter, Mera Swickard.

Visitation hours for Fran will be held Thursday, December 21st from 11 am to 3pm at the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto.

A celebration service of Fran's life will be held at 3 pm Thursday December 21st at the

funeral home with Pastor Dirk Hall officiating. Interment in the Sugar Grove Union Cemetery will be held at a later date.
