Frances Marie Montgomery, age 86 of Steubenville, OH passed away Saturday, October 29, 2016 at the Life Line Hospital, Wintersville, OH.

She was born September 15, 1930 in Lower Salem, OH the daughter of the late Otis H. and Nellie M. (Graham) Dillehay.

Frances had been employed by the former Hill's Bakery of Toronto and had retired from the St. Johns Hospital of Steubenville.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of  65  years, Robert D. Montgomery in 2005 and four brothers and three sisters.

Frances is survived by her daughters, Lola Montgomery of Steubenville and Nellie Tice of Empire; grandchildren, Riley Tice and Dee Ann Tice; great-grandchildren, Leah , John Robert,  Connor,  Megan and Skyler Tice.

Frances' arrangements are in the care of the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto and will be private at the convenience of the family. Interment will take place at the Island Creek Cemetery.
