Frances Jean Clark, age 78 of Toronto, OH passed away Monday, December 26, 2016. She was born February 27, 1938 in Steubenville, OH the daughter of the late Francis W. and Lilly M. (Trimmer) Raymond. Frances was a member of the Steubenville First Church of the Nazarene and the Steubenville Prime Time. Frances was retired after 23 years from Ohio Valley Hospital as a ward helper. She was a caregiver all of her life and looked forward to going to the retired Ohio Valley Hospital employee lunch bunch gathering. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ralph W. Clark, Jr. who passed away in 1979 and whom she married July 17, 1954; sister, Doris May Sargent; brothers, James Raymond and Bill Raymond.

Frances is survived by her sons, James A. (Rhonda) Clark, Sr. of Toronto, OH and Terry W. (Mary Jane) Clark of Toronto, OH; daughter, Kathy A. (Don) Fisher of Bloomingdale, OH; brother, John A. (Linda) Raymond of Mingo Jct., OH; grandchildren, James Clark, Jr., Rebecca DiNovo, Kara Flanigan, John Fisher and Ashley Clark. Four great-grandchildren also survive.

Family and friends will be received for Frances' visitation 1-3 P.M. and 5-7 P.M. Thursday, December 29th at the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main St., Toronto, OH. A celebration service of Frances' life will be held 11 A.M. Friday, December 30th at the funeral home with the Reverend Ron Miller and Pastor Larry Garrison officiating. Interment will follow at the Island Creek Cemetery, corner of County Road 46 and State Route 213, Toronto, OH.
