Frances Spicer - Age 74 - of Steubenville, Ohio, died November 20, 2001 at the Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville, Ohio.
She was born June 28, 1927 in Toronto, Ohio the daughter of the late John Mihalik and Mery Sevik.
Frances was preceded in death by: Parents / Two Brothers: Rudolph and John Mihalik.
Her survivors are:
Husband: John C. Spicer at home and whom she married May 27, 1949.
2 Daughters: Mary Frances Luckel of Waldorf, Maryland Mrs. James ( Kay Lynn ) Dylewski of Steubenville, Ohio 5 Sisters: Mary Dennis of Toronto, Ohio Barbara Ann Kwiatkoski of Martinsburg, WV. Cecil Ashbaugh of Toronto, Ohio Dorothy Carter of Wintersville, Ohio Margaret Hanlon of Wellsville, Ohio 6 Grandchildren There will be no visitation hours and a private family service will be held at the convenience of the family.
