Frances E. Thomas - Age 100 - of County Road 41 - Richmond, passed away Monday - October 28, 2002 at her home of natural causes.She was born April 21, 1902 in Mason County, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Charles and Carrie Thomson Fowler.Frances is a member of the North River Ave. Church of Christ of Toronto. She also is a member of the National Retired Teachers Assoc.She is a graduate of Geneva CollegeFrances was a Teacher in the East Liverpool City Schools until she retired in 1972.
