Francis D. A"WhiteyA" Orris - Age 69 - of Hammondsville, Ohio passed away Monday - July 16th at the emergency room of the Trinity Medical Center - West, Steubenville.He was born May 6, 1938 in Steubenville the son of the late Francis W. Orris, Sr. and Florence Thompson Orris.Whitey is a member of the Steubenville V.F.W. Post #80 and is a 1956 graduate of Steubenville High School and was an avid Big Red sports fan.He is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and is retired from the Wheeling -Pittsburgh Steel Co. - Mingo Junction Plant where he was a slab crane operator.Whitey''s survivors are:Wife: Mildred L.
