Frank Leo Feist, age 81 of Toronto passed away Saturday, November 9, 2024, at his home surrounded by his family.

He was born August 9, 1943, in Steubenville the son of the late Charles George Feist and Helen Hummel Feist.

Frank was a lifetime member of the Toronto American Legion Post 86. He attended Steubenville Big Red High School. He served his country for six years in the U.S. Army. He was retired from Compass Environmental as a mechanic. And in Frank's words: "And What Have Ya"

In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his son, Frank Thomas "Tommy" Feist, brother, James Feist, sister-in-law, JoAnn Christy, brothers-in-law Robert Lewis and Frank Pierz.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Hazel Dorene "Cis" Feist whom he married July 16, 1966; daughters, Lisa Feist, Georgette Brownlee and Michelle (Bill) Cox all of Toronto; grandchildren, Amanda (Nick)  Ali, Brandi, (Terry) Feist, Bryan (Alyssa) Cox, Ben (Brooke) Davis and Marco Feist, great-grandchildren, Ryann, Kyleigh, Brayden, Jordan, Mya, Nora, Alexis and baby Freyja due in April; Sisters, Patty Arena, Carol Pierz and Janet (Dan) Hanis; God daughter, Sevren Koski and many nieces and nephews.

A special thank you to nephew Jimmy Martin and Best Friends, Kim and Becky.

Friends and family will gather for visitation 4 to 7 PM Friday November 15th at the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto.

A time for remembering Frank by those who wish to speak including Frank's family and friends will be held at 7 PM Friday at the funeral home.

A full military service will be provided by the Toronto American Legion Honor Guard following the time of remembrance at 7 PM
