Frank Neil Walter age 31 of Cortland, OH passed away November 3, 2024 as a result of an automobile accident.

He was born July 13, 1993 in Steubenville, OH the son of the late Eric M. Walter, Sr. who passed in 2008 and Lisa Dawn (Fittro)Keenan who survives.

Frank was an avid Steeler fan; loved nature liked riding and mudding. He was employed as a Shift Manager for Ultum Cells Company of Lordstown, OH and was a member of the General Motors Union.

In addition to his mother, Lisa Dawn (Fittro) Keenan he is survived by brothers, Eric M. Walter, Jr., Joseph R. Walter and Wilson (Tyler) Walter; sisters Lisa Walter, Marina Walter, Alana Keenan and Norma Jean Skinner who passed away in 2006; niece, Aurora Walter; nephews, Chandler Allen David Summers and Eric Walter III. His ready-made kids, Jesse and Sophie Allen and granddaughter Jocelyn Allen; niece, Aurora Walter; uncle Neil Messenger and cousin Kaylee Burch and his beloved golden retriever Koda that was his son.

Visitation for Frank will be held from 3 to 7pm Saturday November 9th at the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main St. Toronto, OH.

A service of remembrances of Frank by family and friends will be held at 7 PM Saturday at the funeral home.

Frank's interment will be held at a later date at the Toronto Union Cemetery.
